What is an answering service?

The concepts behind answering services are not new. A company or individual hires a specialized service to take and screen calls, provide basic information to the caller and pass on messages — and possibly also to take orders, schedule appointments and provide product or customer support. How will my phones be answered?

Your phones are answered in your company name as per your instructions. Here are some examples:

Who Answers My Phones?
A dedicated team of Receptionists will be assigned to your account at all times. When your customers call your business number, if you’re unavailable, the call will go to your Belles Receptionist. That caller is then either transferred through to you wherever you are and/or a message is sent to you immediately via text or email.

How long are your subscriptions?
Belles subscriptions are month to month, paid each month in advance. You may cancel anytime without penalties. No contracts!
How long does it take to set up?
As soon as we receive your instructions, we proceed to brief our Receptionists and set up your number and company greeting. The process can take from one hour to one or two days, depending on the complexity of the instructions.
Is there a set up fee?

Yes. There is an initial set-up fee of $95 paid at the time your account is set up. One time only.
